Our conversion company are not part of a franchise and we are not a division of a larger company. We have no pushy smarmy sales people who were selling double glazing in their last job thinking only of their pension and commission.

The person who surveys and prices your job will be the same person you deal with throughout your job, you could find him with his nail bag on at some point. We are a very tight unit and we get results. We are big enough to cope and small enough to care. All out work meets current Building Regulations, essential for any project and as part of our service we provide all architectural services and administration and are fully set up to handle all council applications on your behalf and to liase with Local Authority Building Control Officers, who may wish to inspect your job at various stages.

This of course is all-inclusive within our prices, in addition to which, no deposits are taken from a customer when placing their order.

All window styles, brick types and outer sills are matched to your house perfectly, giving your conversion that "always been there" look, shortly after an order is placed a "start date" will be issued to our customer, giving them plenty of time to prepare. From start to finish you will be kept up to date of developments and in the vast majority of cases you will have tradesmen on site each day for the project each day.

An average conversion tends to take approx ten working days to complete, customer care is of utmost importance to us and you will find that our tradesmen will be polite and courteous and will do their best to minimise mess and inconvenience to you.

Finally, you are not expected to "pay the bill" until the project is completed and you are delighted with the results. We have found that this creates a 'feel good factor' between ourselves and our client and leaves you dealing in total control at every stage.
